Life after Death…
Psalms 23:4
My name is Wayne Anthony Bergeron, I would like to thank God for allowing me the opportunity to share some major events that has taken place throughout my life, some of which I had control of, and others I did not. I was born in Houma, Louisiana on April 19, 1962. Both my parents died by my middle teen-age years. On 11/27/99 I was in a fatal head on collision with a 21-year-old despondent lady. The investigation determined that she was intoxicated and was concluded to be a suicide attempt, sadly successful. She also left behind two surviving children. (Accident Scene Photos)
We as true Christian’s must persevere to discipline ourselves to resist selfish earthly and spiritual desires and seek the Lords will by the guiding hand of His word and by the Holy Spirit through the submission of accountability. The more we grow to spiritual maturity, bringing forth the wisdom to apply knowledge through the understanding of Scripture, the Holy Spirit gives us the power to execute the gifts and tools He has given us stewardship over, internally and externally.
I am requesting to share my testimonial trials with your congregation.
I asked Jesus Christ to be my personal Lord and Savior in my early twenties.
I was introduced to God at a very young age. We must all come to spiritual
maturity and understand that just because we arrive at the crossroad
of acknowledging and accepting that Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior of
our lives, and that we are sinners, does not necessarily mean we have
personally surrendered our lives completely over to Him. Php 1:6 He who
has begun a good work in you will carry it on to completion until the
day of Christ Jesus. Scripture also says in Heb 9:27 we are appointed
once to die and then the judgment.
Moment of Prayer…
Dear Lord, may the fruit of the Holy Spirit wash over and through us daily, with instruction, edification and wherever necessary correction and rebuke. Lord we also ask that our hearts be purified and our conscience be cleared of anything that hinders our walk with You, and a sincere faith, trust and hope in You as we develop the body of Christ for spiritual warfare for all the days of our lives. May the sword of His word be the utmost highest for our calling in these last days?
